As the name suggests our ‘Chefs’ division is dedicated solely to recruiting chefs. Whether it’s temporary assignments or permanent solutions we cater for all positions from Commis to Executive Chef. We have over 25 years combined experience at the head of this division ensuring you, our clients and candidates receive the experience and guidance you deserve.
Our clients range from large corporate hotels, restaurants, gastro pubs, boutique hotels, country houses and conference centres and all other food operations you can imagine. At Platinum we work on a national basis ensuring we aren’t constrained by area or location and therefore have clients the length and the breadth of the country. Within this division we cater for establishments that hold up to and including 1 AA Rosette or equivalent.
