With many years experience and a wealth of knowledge at the helm of our Contract Catering division we’re not surprised to see that it’s gone from strength to strength since opening its doors earlier this year. Having won contracts and sole supplier agreements with many of the largest operators in the area, Platinum has become a company synonymous with quality and reliability. We only caterer for staff already experienced within the hospitality industry.  All candidates must be reliable, available to work flexible hours and adaptable in busy environments.  The positions and shifts vary weekly so as a Platinum temporary member of staff the assignments work well around studies or other  part time work. 

This local division caters for the South coast and provides temporary and permanent solutions to a wide and varied client base. From large conference centres, corporate hotels, restaurants, gastro pubs, boutique hotels and country houses, Platinum provide all manner of skilled personnel to the hospitality sector.  To name a few, we presently provide daily support with Chefs, waiters, pot washers, housekeepers, kiosk workers and barmen.
