Having successfully recruited for some of the best hotels and restaurants in the country it became apparent there was a dire need for a professional, dedicated Elite chef division. More importantly, it became increasingly clear that for this division to run smoothly and gain the respect of the industry it needed to be headed by an individual that knew how these top class establishments operate, what’s required to be a success in their kitchen and be able to talk to Chefs, as a Chef. Andy Sinclair, Manager of our Elite Chef division has worked for 9 years in the Kitchen. In that time he’s worked with some of the most recognised names the industry has to offer. Le Manoir, Midsummer House and Petrus to name a few. His experience at 2 Michelin star level enables him to truly understand what’s required to make a successful chef and knows exactly what type of person and characteristics it takes to excel at this level.
Every Kitchen is different. Therefore to help gain a better understanding of how our clients operate and what their individual needs are, Andy will be stepping back into the kitchen and working alongside some of his clients.
